Executive summary

Taking on Europe’s most valuable software company by building the next generation of enterprise software.

SAP is the most valuable software company in Europe and is yet universally hated by its users base. The acronyms ERP, PLM and QMS are never associated with user love. Every business needs enterprise software but they have historically been viewed as a necessary evil. Worldover is building the next wave of enterprise software.

Worldover is an AI first operating system that does away with traditional dividing lines between software. Companies are sick of having fragmented tools across their operations. One tool for regulatory, one for product lifecycle management, one for inventory, one for production etc.

Worldover is creating the unified system of record, somewhere for all the companies product data to live - raw materials, packaging, components, formulations etc. This is then combined with an AI system of action to automate manual processes and create a new generation of supremely efficient and profitable manufacturers and chemical companies.

We have a suite of tools available and our first products are R&D software, PLM software, QMS software and project management software. We focus on the contract manufacturing and chemicals sector.

The Problem

The chemicals and contract manufacturing industry is huge. It represents over 500,000 companies globally and roughly 9% of GDP. It underpins every aspect of the global economy and every product that you use today.

It has historically been a slightly neglected space, it has long been seen as unsexy and somewhat ‘boring’ relative to the other buzzy spaces - AI, crypto etc. This is why we love it.

These companies are often lagging in terms of their digital adoption, many have only just moved off pen and paper and so the opportunity to digitise their operations and combine that with AI to drive unparalleled efficiencies in their business was too good to turn down.
